Step 1-Register Your Product At https://register.hp.com
Gather The Following Information After You Register Your Product At

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Product Number(Listed On The Back Of Product)
  • Serial Number (Listed On The Back Of Product)

  • Step 2-Using A Landline Telephone Call The Toll Free Number 1-800-711-2884.

    Step 3-Wait 5 Seconds Until You Hear English And,
    Press Option 2 For Technical Support.

    Step 4-Choose The Category Of Your Product Line.

    Step 5-Wait Until A Technical Support Representive Answers The Call,
    Answer The Questions Accordingly.

    Step 6-You Will Be Required To Follow Through On Some Basic,
    Troubleshooting Steps To Solve Or Ascertain The Problem,(technical Familiarity With The Product Will Be An Asset).

    HP Hardware Products are tested and should be free from defects when purchased.
    During the Limited Warranty Period, HP will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective component.

    HP Printers are covered for a period of one year by HP local service provider’s warranty.

    HP will handle the warranty or exchange.
    A Customer may contact HP at the toll free number 1-800-711-2884.
    HP will open a case, and attempt to attend to it remotely, if not resolved will thereafter escalate the case to a local representative in our country who would work at resolving the matter.
